Jeannie Simpson - Broker in Charge

About Jeannie

Jeannie started her Real Estate career in January of 2000 in Pennsylvania with Weichert Realtors. She approached her Broker about getting into New Homes and was told that new agents don't have enough experience for  New Homes. Well, Jeannie didn't like that answer so she went out and found her own builder. She then became Site Manager for 3 New Home sites in the Lehigh Valley by June of 2000. She was later named "Rookie of the Year" by her Broker.

Jeannie moved to Northern Virginia in 2012 to reunite with her childhood sweetheart Chuck. She continued with Real Estate in Northern Virginia but switched Brokerages to Coldwell Banker. By 2015 she married Chuck. Chuck was transferred to Charleston, SC later that year.

Jeannie transferred her Real Estate license to Charleston, SC. She was hired as a Sales Manager for Weichert Realtors covering Mount Pleasant and Summerville with 50 plus agents.

Jeannie got her Brokers license in 2017 and she transferred to Highgarden Real Estate Charleston. There she became Director of Agent Development and trained all New Agents. She also created a team that became very successful.

Jeannie has always wanted to live in Beaufort, SC. So in 2021 she started researching Real Estate Brokerages and the area. In December of 2021, Jeannie was offered a Sales Manager job with Weichert Realtors Coastal Properties in Beaufort. 

In March of 2026 Jeannie became Broker in Charge of 1st Class Real Estate Advantage, a virtual Real Estate Brokerage serving all of South Carolina.
